Bangkok Metropolis Motor Company Limited ("the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the PCB (Production Control Board) application. This application is an internal enterprise system designed exclusively for authorised Company employees to monitor machine status, oversee production operations, and record good product and defect data.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using this application, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described herein.

• Employee name and employee ID (used for authentication and login)
• Production records entered by the user, including quantities of conforming products and defects

• Timestamps of data entry and system interactions

Production data and activity logs are retained for the period necessary to fulfil business operational requirements and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Data that is no longer required will be securely and permanently deleted from the Company's systems.
